RAWE

Up-coming release

A collaboration between the Pipistrelli Ensemble, Holland Phillips and K, RAWE was recorded in Boston in June 2005. Holland and K took Bach’s Trio Organ Sonatas and re-arranged them for recorder, violin and cello. The works were recorded over three consecutive days with two different cellists and high humidity. Bongmoth

Described as “ambient experimental brutality”, this cd is a creation of an experimental musical soundscape (born from the name Bongmoth) that has no rules or boundaries. With the dedicated efforts from members of DTI (Damien Vennell, Reece Howell, Sean Reynolds), Kara Ciezki, Adrian Jones, Richard Hammond, Phil Congen and Jarrod Kirby, ‘Bongmoth’ is due for release this year (2006).

Hushhhhh Little Baby

A collection of well known songs & lullabies to soothe your baby to sleep.

The unique voice of the C-Bass recorder, combined with the extensive use of repetition, is reminiscent of a life in the womb, generating for the infant listener, familiar and intimate feelings of comfort, safety and reassurance.

(For maximum effectiveness play the cd from beginning to end. Each track slows down in speed to continually relax and soothe the listener, regardless of age.)
